培养在5%、10%、15%蔗糖溶液中的大山楂花粉粒均能较好地萌发,其中以培养在10%蔗糖溶液中的萌发率较高。适当浓度的硼对大山楂花粉粒萌发有明显的促进作用,10%蔗糖溶液加入50ppm硼酸对花粉粒萌发率的提高最显著。温度对大山楂花粉粒的萌发有显著的影响,培养在10%蔗糖溶液中的花粉粒,在25℃时萌发率最高,温度过高或过低均能影响花粉粒的萌发率。大山楂金星绵品种内授粉,花粉粒萌发是正常的。品种问授粉,大山楂品种莱西绵山楂的花粉授在金星绵的柱头上,萌发率则较低。
The hawthorn pollen grains cultured in 5%, 10%, 15% sucrose solution germinated better, with higher germination rates in 10% sucrose solution. Appropriate concentrations of boron on hawthorn pollen germination significantly promoted the 10% sucrose solution with 50ppm boric acid on the pollen grains germination rate increased the most significant. The temperature had a significant effect on the germination of pollen grains of Hawthorn hawthorn.
