疏水阀是压力蒸汽灭菌器(下简称灭菌器)上的一个重要组成部件。它的作用是自动及时地排出灭菌器在启动和运行过程中产生的冷凝水、冷空气和阻止蒸汽的泄漏。疏水阀性能的好坏,直接影响着柜室内空气的排除程度(尤其是下排气式灭菌器)和温度,进而关系到整个灭菌的成败。因此,在灭菌器的设计和使用中选用适宜的疏水阀至关重要。
Steam trap is a steam pressure sterilizer (hereinafter referred to as sterilizer) on an important component. Its role is automatically and timely discharge of sterilizer during start-up and operation of the condensate generated, cold air and prevent steam leakage. Steam trap performance is good or bad, a direct impact on the cabinet indoor air exclusion level (especially under the exhaust sterilizer) and temperature, and thus the success or failure of the entire sterilization. Therefore, in the design and use of sterilizer appropriate trap selection is crucial.
