The Decision of the Provincial Party Committee on Comprehensively Improving People’s Livelihood and Promoting Social Harmony has pointed out the direction for our further efforts in social assistance. The province’s civil affairs system should conscientiously study the “decision”, profoundly understand the spiritual essence of “decision”, improve the social assistance system at a higher starting point and ensure the basic livelihood of the people in difficulty, with an innovative spirit.
