依据新修订的《消防法》,属于消防设计、竣工验收备案抽查范围内的建设工程,应通过公安消防机构的网站备案系统依法进行备案,系统根据预设程序和抽查比例随机确定抽查的对象,抽查结果在该网站的备案受理系统中进行公告。为了进一步规范建设工程消防设计、竣工验收消防备案监督,进一步强化建设工程消防设计、竣工验收消防备案系统工作的管理,本文作者结合多年工作实践,总结了五方面的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,督促建设单位、设计单位、施工单位、工程监理单位及其有关人员树立责任主体意识,自觉遵守消防法规和消防技术标准,保证建设工程消防设计、施工质量。
