作者报告6例食鱼后的潮红综合征(Flushing Syndrome),认为此是吃鱼引起的一种最常见的副反应。症状常发生在30~60分钟之内,突然于面部、甚至躯干及臂部产生边缘清楚之大片红斑,眼结膜也可充血,颇似晒斑。常伴严重的搏动性头痛、心悸、腹部痛性痉挛和腹泻。其它报告尚有:眩晕、牙龈和咽喉部的灼热感,口干、恶心、呕吐、荨麻疹和血管神经性水肿。严重者甚至有支气管痉挛和呼吸困难。上述症状均系暂时性,未经处理,一般不超过8~10小时。6例患者均有食鲭鱼史,有2例在食后数分钟、10余分钟即起反应。2例患者进行了血和尿中组织胺定量测定均比正常为高,所食鱼标本中含组织胺量也明显高于对照标本。作者复习了新近大量的文献资料,认为引起此
The authors report 6 cases of flushing syndrome after eating fish (Flushing Syndrome), that this is the most common side effects caused by eating fish. Symptoms often occur in 30 to 60 minutes, suddenly in the face, and even the trunk and arm produce large clear edge of erythema, conjunctival congestion can also be quite a bit like sunburn. Often accompanied by severe pulsatile headache, heart palpitations, abdominal cramps and diarrhea. Other reports include: dizziness, burning sensation in the gums and throat, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, urticaria and angioneurotic edema. In severe cases, there are even bronchospasm and dyspnea. The symptoms are temporary, untreated, usually no more than 8 to 10 hours. Six patients had mackerel history, two cases in a few minutes after eating, more than 10 minutes from the reaction. Two patients had blood and urine histamine quantitative determination were higher than normal, the fish fed the sample containing histamine is also significantly higher than the control sample.
