本文介绍了欧亚经济联盟2017年7月1日正式生效的《欧亚经济联盟检疫对象统一清单》(2016年11月30日第158号决议批准)基本情况及特点,将《欧亚经济联盟检疫对象统一清单》所列有害生物在中国境内分布和中国出口欧亚经济联盟植物及植物产品主要产区进行比对,分析了新实施的《欧亚经济联盟检疫对象统一清单》对中国出口欧亚经济联盟贸易的影响,并提出了适宜的应对措施,以促进中国与欧亚经济联盟贸易健康顺利发展。
This article presents the basic situation and characteristics of the Eurasian Economic Union’s “Consolidated List of Quarantine Objects for the Eurasian Economic Union” (ratified by Resolution No. 158 of November 30, 2016), which came into effect on July 1, 2017.
