7月7日傍晚,记者走进唐山市乐亭县尹庄子村,在村中心的文化活动广场上,记者徜徉在文化的海洋里,心情感到别样轻松。陪同采访的唐山边防支队大清河边防派出所教导员秦志刚告诉我,尹庄子村是唐山市最早创建的爱民固边模范村。在这个距离乐亭县城最远的沿海渔村,我们看到的是富裕的群众、整洁的村容、先进的工农产业。秦教导员说,这要放在五年前,那是当地群众想都不敢想的事。
