对氮化硅(Si_3N_4)进行表面接枝改性,然后将其添加到环氧树脂中制备出环氧树脂/改性Si_3N_4复合材料。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、粒度分析仪以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM),探究了Si_3N_4的改性效果;同时对所制备的环氧树脂/改性Si_3N_4复合材料进行了性能测试。结果表明:改性Si_3N_4的粒径增大,分散性提高;环氧树脂/改性Si_3N_4复合材料的力学性能随着改性Si_3N_4用量的增加先提高后降低,其中当改性Si_3N_4用量为20%时复合材料的力学性能达到最佳;复合材料的导热性能和介电性能均随着Si_3N_4用量的增加而提升。改性Si_3N_4填充复合材料的综合性能优于未改性Si_3N_4填充的复合材料。
Silicon nitride (Si_3N_4) surface graft modification, and then added to the epoxy resin prepared epoxy / modified Si_3N_4 composite material. The modification effect of Si_3N_4 was explored by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The prepared epoxy resin / modified Si_3N_4 composites were also tested for their properties. The results show that the particle size of modified Si_3N_4 increases and the dispersibility increases. The mechanical properties of epoxy resin / modified Si_3N_4 composites first increase and then decrease with the increase of the amount of modified Si_3N_4. When the content of modified Si_3N_4 is 20% The mechanical properties of the composites reached the best. The thermal conductivity and dielectric properties of the composites increased with the increase of the amount of Si_3N_4. The comprehensive properties of modified Si_3N_4 filled composites are better than unmodified Si_3N_4 filled composites.
