与2009年“全球能源企业250强”排名相比,中国三大石油公司中石化名次明显上升,中石油略有上升,而中海油则下降了8个位次,整体上看,三大石油公司排名较为靠前,但与世界大型石油石化企业比较,国内石油公司的差距仍较为明显,本文通过对国内外主要石油公司的对比,分析差距形成的影响因素,提出了深化石油体制改革、调整内部产业、投资结构等尽快提升国内石油企业竞争力的思路与建议。
