大学生学习倦怠是当前普通高校较为普遍的现象。体育课倦怠是指大学生在体育课学习中,由于文化课学习压力、缺乏体育课学习兴趣、抑郁或兴趣转移以及重视不够等原因,而对体育课呈现出厌倦消极懈怠的态度和行为。体育课倦怠成因主要有:陈旧教育观念和传统教学模式的影响、体育教师的影响、较低的自我效能感、就业压力增大、自我控制和学习动机。应从培养学生正确的体育健身意识改革体育课教学模式、提高教师职业素质、培养学生的自我效能感、科学的自我调节和调整学习动机等方面对体育课倦怠进行干预。
University students burnout is the more common phenomenon in colleges and universities. Burnout in physical education class refers to college students’ attitude and behavior of being tired of passive slackness in PE class because of the pressure of study in culture class, lack of interest in PE class, depression or shift of interest, and insufficient attention. The main causes of burnout in physical education include: the influence of old education concept and traditional teaching mode; the influence of physical education teacher; the lower sense of self-efficacy; the increase of employment pressure; self-control and learning motivation. Physical education class burnout should be intervened in terms of cultivating students’ correct sense of physical fitness, reforming the teaching mode of physical education, improving teachers’ professional qualities, cultivating students’ sense of self-efficacy, scientific self-regulation and adjusting learning motivation.
