劳动组合是影响劳动生产率高低的重要因素之一。企业人才结构合理与否直接关系到企业的生存与发展。正确把握我国科技进步和经济转轨过程中的企业人才结构变化趋势,积极构建科学、合理的企业人才结构,对提高企业运作效率,加速企业发展,具有十分重要的意义。一、企业人才结构的内涵企业人才结构是指在企业所拥有的全部员工中所包含的人才类别、各类人才在总员工中所处的地位、所占的比重以及它们各自的变化趋势。通过这一定义可以看出,企业人才结构包括了4个方面的内容:①企业所拥有的人才类别,②各类人才在企业总人数中所占的比重,③各类人才之间的相互关系,④各类人才的变化趋势
Labor mix is one of the important factors affecting labor productivity. Whether the enterprise talent structure is reasonable or not is directly related to the survival and development of the enterprise. Correctly grasping the trend of corporate talent structure changes in the process of China’s scientific and technological progress and economic transition, and actively building a scientific and rational corporate talent structure is of great significance to improving the operational efficiency of enterprises and accelerating the development of enterprises. I. The connotation of the enterprise talent structure The enterprise talent structure refers to the category of talents included in all employees owned by the company, the status of each category of talents in the total employees, and their respective proportions and their respective changing trends. Through this definition, we can see that the enterprise talent structure includes four aspects: 1) the talented category of the company, 2) the proportion of various types of talents in the total number of employees, and 3) the relationship between various types of talents , 4 kinds of talent trends
