花岗石结晶致密,孔隙小,在常温下不仅能耐各种有机酸、无机酸(含氟酸除外),也能耐苛性碱、硫酸碱及氢氧化钙等溶液。它的物理和机械性能好,不易损坏。花岗石地面块大灰缝少,因而被广泛应用于耐腐蚀车间。防腐蚀地面一般由面层、结合层、隔离层、找平(或找坡)层和垫层等组成。我处施工的重庆某厂电镀车间电镀槽的构造形式如图1、2所示。花岗石地面的施工,在规范中无明确规定,我们通过施工实践,对其工艺作了一些探讨及改进。
Granite crystals are compact and have small pores. Not only can they resist various organic acids and inorganic acids (excluding fluoric acid) at room temperature, but they can also resist caustic alkali, alkali sulfate and calcium hydroxide. Its physical and mechanical properties are good and not easily damaged. Granite ground blocks have less ash seams and are therefore widely used in corrosion-resistant workshops. Corrosion-resistant ground is generally composed of a surface layer, a bonding layer, a separation layer, a leveling (or slope-seeking) layer, and a cushion. The construction of electroplating tanks in electroplating workshops at a certain factory in Chongqing, where I was working, is shown in Figures 1 and 2. The construction of granite grounds has no clear provisions in the specifications. We have made some explorations and improvements in their crafts through construction practices.
