用M-2000A型磨损试验机,试验模拟了不同捻向钢丝绳对矿用提升机衬垫摩擦性能的影响。模拟试验结果表明:同向捻钢丝绳对衬垫的摩擦因数和磨损量要大于交互捻钢丝绳,随着滑速的增加,不同捻向钢丝绳对衬垫的摩擦因数和磨损量都在升高。
M-2000A type wear tester is used to simulate the influence of different twist wires on the friction performance of mine hoist liner. The simulation results show that the friction coefficient and the wear amount of the same direction twisting steel wire rope to the liner are greater than that of the interactive twist steel wire rope. As the slip speed increases, the friction coefficient and wear amount of the different twisting steel wire rope to the liner increase.
