陶瓷分离膜具有优良的化学稳定性和热稳定性以及高强度、高孔隙率、孔径分布窄等特点,在超过滤和气体分离等领域有着广泛的应用前景。综述了近年来国外用溶胶-凝胶法制备陶瓷分离膜的研究现状及发展趋势,着重介绍了组成和工艺条件对膜孔结构和渗透性能的影响,以及陶瓷分离膜在食品工业、生物技术和气体分离等方面的应用概况。
Ceramic separation membrane has excellent chemical stability and thermal stability as well as high strength, high porosity, narrow pore size distribution and other fields, in the field of ultrafiltration and gas separation has a wide range of applications. In this paper, the recent research status and development trend of the ceramic separation membranes prepared by sol-gel method abroad are reviewed. The effects of composition and process conditions on the pore structure and permeability of the membranes are also discussed.
