党的报纸都是为着动员人民,实现党的纲领路线而创办的,都要把宣传党的方针政策作为首要任务。这是党报的共性。共性寓于个性之中。各个地方报纸由于各自的地位和作用不同,应该各有自己的特色。只有这样,才能为人民所喜闻乐见,完成地方报纸所担负的任务。报纸特色从哪里来?什么是塔城报应该有的个性和特色?这是塔城报办报人员正在着力研究和解决的问题。(一) 党的十一届三中全会以后,经过拨乱反正,塔城报恢复了以本地为主,以经济建设为中心的办报方针,注重结合本地实际组织报道,使塔城报逐步
The newspapers of the Party are all founded for the purpose of mobilizing the people and realizing the party’s program line. They must all take the policy of propagating the party’s principles and policies as the most important task. This is the commonality of the party newspaper. Common character lies in the personality. Because of their different positions and roles, newspapers in various places should each have its own characteristics. Only in this way can we enjoy and love the people and fulfill the tasks of local newspapers. Where are the characteristics of the newspaper? What is the Tacheng newspaper should have the personality and characteristics? This is Tacheng newspaper staff is working hard to study and solve the problem.
