针对广西全区和各地级市文化产业产出和投入的实际情况,选择合理的投入与产出指标,运用数据包络方法(DEA)测算广西2007—2011年各地级市的文化产业发展效率,并进行Malmuqist生产率指数分解。研究发现,一是广西各地区文化产业效率发展严重不平衡,但拥有较强的发展和提升空间;二是技术效率和规模效率地区差异较大,纯技术效率地区差异不明显且波动程度较低;三是规模效率对技术效率的影响作用大于纯技术效率。
According to the actual situation of Guangxi’s output and input of cultural industries in all prefecture-level cities and prefectures, a reasonable input and output index is selected, and the data envelopment method (DEA) is used to estimate the development efficiency of cultural industries in all prefecture-level cities of Guangxi from 2007 to 2011, And Malmuqist productivity index decomposition. The study found that: First, the efficiency of cultural industries in various regions of Guangxi developed seriously unbalanced, but with strong space for development and improvement; second, the technical efficiency and economies of scale were significantly different in different regions; the differences in purely technical efficiency were insignificant and the degree of fluctuation was relatively low Third, the effect of scale efficiency on technical efficiency is greater than that of pure technical efficiency.
