目的:对我院开展门诊一站式服务的具体体会进行探讨。方法:回顾分析我院3年来实施门诊一站式服务的工作程序,完善服务准则,提高患者就诊满意率。结果:开展门诊一站式服务,可以在一定程度上提高就诊者满意度,维护医院整体形象,减少医疗纠纷发生,增加医院定期收益。结论:门诊一站式服务值得广泛推广,其能显著增加患者就诊满意率,提高医疗服务效率和质量。
Objective: To discuss the specific experience of outpatient one-stop service in our hospital. Methods: A retrospective analysis of three years in our hospital out-patient one-stop service procedures, improve service standards and improve patient satisfaction rate. Results: Out-patient one-stop service can improve patient satisfaction, maintain the overall image of the hospital, reduce the occurrence of medical disputes and increase the hospital’s regular benefits. Conclusion: Out-patient one-stop service should be widely promoted, which can significantly increase patient satisfaction rate and improve the efficiency and quality of medical services.
