采用配对分层随机法按体重将１８ 只Ｂｅａｇｌｅ 犬分为３ 组，大剂量组剂量为强骨胶囊０－８ｇ／ｋｇ ，小剂量组为０－０８ｇ／ｋｇ（ 大、小两个剂量分别相当于每天临床用药剂量的８０ 倍和８ 倍） 。空白对照组给同体积蒸馏水，每周给药６ 次，连续２４ 周，结果对犬的一般状态、体重、血常规检查、血生化指标及病理学检查均未见有明确的病理影响
Eighteen Beagle dogs were divided into three groups according to body weight by paired stratified randomization method.
