本文提供一种新型间歇运动连杆机构——六杆长停机构。利用该机构中某些构件长度的特殊关系,使作往复运动的从动件能在某极限位置上有很长的停歇时间,相当于主动件的转角可达200°以上。文中阐述了六杆长停机构的作用原理、类型选择,并导出了该机构尺度综合的解析式。据此进行计算机辅助设计。六杆长停机构适用于执行构件需要在一极限位置具有很长停歇的机械。
This article provides a new type of intermittent motion linkage - a six-bar long stop mechanism. The special relationship between the lengths of some of the components in the mechanism makes it possible for the follower that reciprocates to have a long rest time at a certain limit position, corresponding to a rotation angle of the active part of more than 200 °.
