金陵石化炼油厂 60 0kt/a连续重整装置掺炼加氢精制焦化汽油 ,最大掺炼比例达到30 %左右 ,不仅解决了重整装置原料不足的问题 ,使装置平均负荷率由掺炼前 75%提高到掺炼后的95% ,而且为焦化汽油的利用找到了较好的出路。两年来的装置运转状况表明 ,提高对焦化汽油的加氢精制深度 ,提高脱硫率和脱氮率是掺炼焦化汽油的保障 ;为保证重整装置的芳烃产率不降低 ,需提高重整反应苛刻度。
