移植大银鱼小水体养殖,经过一年试验,获得移植饲养成功。于1993年12月24日通过市科委鉴定。现将我们试验情况作一个总结。 一、移植方法和做法 大银鱼是冷水性繁殖鱼类,每年大约在12月下旬至翌年元月为繁殖期,我们从1993年元月1日到16日止,先后从外地采集大银鱼卵两批,共130万粒,分别放入水深0.7—1米,7口塘,面积 7亩池塘中孵化。 (一)孵化方法 孵化方法有两种:一种方法是将卵子泼入孵化池中孵化;另一种方法是用50目聚乙烯布做成孵化筛孵化,直径50厘米,高10厘米,上口用5目聚乙烯网罩好,孵化筛底
