《沟通的艺术:看入人里,看出人外》作者:罗纳德·B.阿德勒出版社:世界图书出版公司北京公司出版时间:2015年《沟通的艺术》从内容上分为“看入人里”“看出人外”和“看人之间”三个部分。“看入人里”主要探讨了与沟通者有关的因素,说明了人际关系的本质,强调自我在沟通中的角色,并分析了知觉与情绪在沟通中的重要性。这点可能中外差异比较大,国外更强调自己人格的建立和情绪的控制,换句话说他们更重视自我在沟通中的把握,而不是强调环境影响人。
