未来的城市结构（土地利用模式）将会比今天更加分散，由此将会使得交通和运输方式也将更加分散。交通和运输组成中将出现更多的闲暇出行、购物出行和服务出行。熟知的交通和运输系统大体上还存在，然而我们将会更合理地使用它们。公共交通将更灵活地服务于人们的需要，对私人机动车交通将会采取更多限制措施。根据不同地区所设定的目标体系而形成的综合交通运输管理系统，包含有用以保证交通运输与社会、环境相协调的一揽子“鼓励-限制”措施。现代信息技术将成为综合交通运输管理的基本要素和实现手段。
Future urban structures (land-use patterns) will be more dispersed than today, which will result in more diversified modes of transport and transport. Traffic and transport composition will appear more leisure travel, shopping trips and service travel. Well-known transportation and transportation systems still exist, but we will use them more rationally. Public transport will be more flexible in serving people’s needs and will impose more restrictions on private motor vehicle transport. The integrated transport management system based on the target system set up in different regions includes a package of “encouragement-limit” measures to ensure the coordination of transportation with society and the environment. Modern information technology will become the basic elements and means of comprehensive transportation management.
