《社会保险法》将于2011年7月1日正式实施,它的颁布实施对于深化社会保障制度改革,保障广大人民群众的切身利益,促进社会的和谐进步,具有十分重大而深远的意义。近期,福建省社会养老保险协会副会长林哲金,福建省机关事业社会保险局林卫华就“累计缴费不足15年的参保人员,可以缴费至满15年,按月领取养老保险金”这一条款,结合自己的工作作实践,管窥其中所见。
The “Social Insurance Law” will be officially implemented on July 1, 2011. Its promulgation and implementation will be of great and far-reaching significance for deepening the reform of the social security system, safeguarding the vital interests of the general public and promoting the harmonious progress of society. Recently, Lin Zhejin, vice president of Fujian Province Social Security Insurance Association, Lin Weijuan of Fujian Provincial Department of Social Security and Social Security Insurance Bureau, “insured persons who have accumulated less than 15 years of payment can pay for full 15 years and receive pension insurance monthly.” A clause, combined with their own work to practice, to see what they see.
