最近,笔者在基层听到一些群众反映,如今,某些领导干部似乎特别喜欢出“点子”。不论大会小会,还是检查指导工作,总不忘出几个“点子”。结果,由于“点子”过多过滥,致使基层干部手忙脚乱,疲于应付,既没有了自己的主见,又扰乱了原有的工作程序,使“点子”成了基层干部的“包袱”。“点子”何以成为“包袱”呢?究其原因,是由于点子不切合实际。任何事物成功与否,都有一个检验的标准,这个标准就是实践。合乎实际,能在实际工作中真正起到典型引路作用,推动各项工作全面展
