中晚期食管癌的药物治疗,一直为临床肿瘤学家所关注,但至今尚无理想的治疗方案。单药化疗效果较差,有效率约10—20%。联合化疗效果明显提高,有效率一般为20—50%。如图:
The medical treatment of advanced esophageal cancer has always been of concern to clinical oncologists, but so far there is no ideal treatment plan. The effect of single-agent chemotherapy is poor, with an effective rate of about 10-20%. The effect of combined chemotherapy is obviously improved, and the effective rate is generally 20-50%.
