在裸鼠发现一例自发性皮下肿瘤,伴广泛淋巴结转移,经10代以上体内传代,在裸鼠体内长瘤及转移的特性稳定,原位长瘤率大于95％,潜伏期5—12天,转移率100％,平均荷瘤生存时间22天。大体解剖见腹股沟、腋下、颌下、腹腔等处有不同程度淋巴结转移。光镜和电镜的形态学检查见肿瘤细胞形态圆、较小、核大胞浆少,染色质呈块状、围裙状,分裂相多见,符合小细胞分化程度较差的恶性肿瘤,转移灶和原位灶形态学上相似。该可稳定传代、广泛淋巴道转移的小鼠肿瘤定名为LMLM瘤系。
In nude mice, a spontaneous subcutaneous tumor was found with extensive lymph node metastasis. After more than 10 generations of passage in vivo, the characteristics of long tumor and metastasis in nude mice were stable. The in-situ tumor growth rate was more than 95% and the incubation period was 5-12 days. Rate of 100%, the average tumor survival time of 22 days. Light microscopy and electron microscopy of morphological examination showed that the shape of tumor cells round, smaller, less nuclear cytoplasm, chromatin massive, apron-like, more common split, in line with the small cell differentiation less malignant tumors, metastases Morphology and in situ similar. The stably passaged, extensive lymph node metastatic mouse tumor was designated as the LMLM oncology line.
