患儿男,3岁,家长发现小儿持物不稳,视物模糊2年,行走不稳4个月,呕吐头痛低热月余。1986年6月25日入院。患儿为妊娠37周出生,出生体重2.1kg,1岁前生长发育与其孪生姊相同,1岁后身长、体重和智能明显落后。在院外按佝偻病、营养不良治疗数月无效。体检:体温37.8℃,体重10kg,重度营养不良貌,面容对称,瞳孔等大,无斜视,眼球活动不受限,眼底正常。咽反射减弱,颈软,双肺少量干性啰音,心脏(-),舟状
