根据国际经验,核电厂机组在投入商业运行后的第五年,应当是开始进行设备老化管理和电厂寿命管理工作的最佳时机。经过长期的电厂老化、长寿命化研究工作,不少国家已建立了核电厂寿命管理体系。在调研国外核电站老化管理现状的基础上,结合核电站的实际环境测评状况和运行情况,并经过现场老化探测,探讨核电厂适用的安全壳的老化管理方法和寿命评价方法等技术方案,包括该核电厂老化机理的确定、针对老化机理的老化探测、老化运行控制与老化降解方法、老化管理程序的建立和寿命评估。
According to international experience, for the fifth year after nuclear power plant units are put into commercial operation, they should be the best time to start the management of equipment aging and life management of power plants. After long-term power plant aging, long life research, many countries have established a nuclear power plant life management system. Based on the investigation of the status quo of aging management in nuclear power plants in foreign countries, this paper explores the methods of aging management and life assessment of containment suitable for nuclear power plants based on the actual situation of environmental assessment and operation of nuclear power plants and on-site aging detection. Determine the aging mechanism of the plant, aging detection for aging mechanism, aging operation control and aging degradation method, establishment of aging management program and life assessment.
