双语版标准是我国石油工业实施“走出去”战略,开拓国际市场的急需。在海外作业中,普遍采用美国石油学会(API)的标准和国际标准化组织(ISO)的标准。但ISO和API标准主要是石油设备标准,很少涉及石油天然气勘探、钻井、测井等方面的工程技术标准,因此急需在国内外石油工程市场具?
Bilingual version of the standard is China’s oil industry to implement “going out” strategy, to explore the urgent need of the international market. In overseas operations, the American Petroleum Institute (API) standards and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards are commonly used. However, the ISO and API standards are mainly petroleum equipment standards, and rarely involve engineering and technical standards in oil and gas exploration, drilling, logging and other fields. Therefore, it is urgent to have petroleum engineering markets both at home and abroad.
