采用流动注射—化学发光分析法测定了血清钴。本法将流动注射分析和化学发光分析相结合,具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽、样品用量少、重现性好等特点。它对Co~(2+)的检测下限为0.1ppb线性范围达4个数量级,用于血清样品分析时,其结果与原子吸收分光光度法测得的结果一致。
Serum cobalt was determined by flow injection-chemiluminescence analysis. This method combines flow injection analysis and chemiluminescence analysis with high sensitivity, wide linear range, less sample usage and good reproducibility. Its lower limit of detection for Co 2+ is 0.1 ppb linear over 4 orders of magnitude, which is consistent with the results of atomic absorption spectrometry when used for serum sample analysis.
