当前,高职高专院校的党员发展工作存在发展周期短、党员学生档案挂靠难等诸多问题。解决这些的问题的途径主要需要校内校外两手抓。校内,加强党组织建设,不断完善工作流程,树立典型,加大宣传,保证人力、物力,保证经费投入;校外,加强管理,加强对外交流与合作,运用新资源,开拓工作新方法、新思路。
At present, there are many problems in the development of party members in higher vocational colleges, such as the short development cycle and the difficulty of attaching files to party members’ students. The solution to these problems mainly requires both internal and external education. In schools, we should strengthen party building, constantly improve the work flow, establish typical models, step up publicity and ensure human and material resources, and ensure funding; external schools, strengthen management, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with foreign countries, apply new resources and open up new methods and new ideas for work .
