由于社会经济的不断发展,市场经济体制逐渐完善,现代化的企业管理制度开始建立起来,企业内部控制和管理工作受到广泛关注。新时代发展背景下,企业不应一味追求经济效益的迅速提升,而应从企业内部管理和控制入手,寻找问题存在的根源,并在此基础上制定针对性的改进措施。笔者以某小额贷款有限公司为例,分析企业内部控制规范在具体实施过程中存在的问题和改善措施,旨在为完善企业内部管理提供帮助。
Due to the continuous development of the social economy, the market economy system has been gradually improved and the modern enterprise management system has been established. The internal control and management of the enterprise have drawn wide attention. In the new era of development, enterprises should not blindly pursue the rapid improvement of economic benefits, but should start from the internal management and control of enterprises to find the root causes of the problems, and on this basis, to formulate targeted improvement measures. Taking Microfinance Co., Ltd. as an example, the author analyzes the existing problems and improvement measures in the process of concrete implementation of internal control standards of enterprises, and aims to provide help for improving the internal management of enterprises.
