目的了解深圳市8~10岁学龄儿童碘营养状况,评价碘缺乏病防治效果。方法于1999、2002、2009和2011年对全市10个区学龄儿童按照概率法进行随机抽样,检测尿碘、智力水平(IQ值)和甲状腺肿大率。结果 1999—2011年深圳市8~10岁学龄儿童尿碘中位数分别为230.1、229.3、232.2和207.1μg/L,均符合《碘缺乏病消除标准》;IQ值分别为100.88、103.28、107.74和108.26,平均值为105.04,4年间IQ值分布的构成比差异无统计学意义(χ2=11.084,P>0.05);甲状腺肿大率分别为8.3%,4.4%,2.1%和1.3%,呈逐年降低趋势(χ2=43.323,P<0.05),达到《碘缺乏病消除标准》的要求。结论本次调查的深圳市8~10岁学龄儿童碘营养状况良好,仍需继续施行食盐加碘,以巩固碘缺乏病的防治效果。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of school-age children aged 8 ~ 10 years in Shenzhen and to evaluate the effect of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and treatment. Methods In 1999, 2002, 2009 and 2011, 10 school-age children in the city were randomly selected according to the probabilistic method to detect urinary iodine, intelligence level (IQ) and goiter rate. Results The median urinary iodine of school-age children aged 8-10 years in Shenzhen was 230.1,229.3,232.2 and 207.1 μg / L, respectively, from 1999 to 2011. All of them met the criteria of eliminating iodine deficiency disorder. The IQ values were 100.88, 103.28 and 107.74 And 108.26 with an average value of 105. There was no significant difference in the constituent ratios of IQ values between 2004 and 2004 (χ2 = 11.084, P> 0.05). The rates of goiter were 8.3%, 4.4%, 2.1% and 1.3% Year-on-year (χ2 = 43.323, P <0.05), meeting the requirement of “elimination standard of iodine deficiency disorder”. Conclusion The survey of children aged 8 to 10 years old in Shenzhen iodine nutrition in good condition, still need to continue the implementation of salt iodization in order to consolidate the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders.
