长春宝以2g/kg剂量能明显促进失血性贫血小鼠的RBC及Hb的恢复,1g/kg剂量有促进RBC及Hb恢复的趋势。长春宝以0.5g/kg、1g/kg剂量对利血平致脾虚小鼠的体重下降、胸腺、脾脏的脏器系数减小有明显的对抗作用;而对大黄所致小鼠腹泻无明显对抗作用。
