白肉蚝是两广人食用牡蛎的最佳品种,也是目前我国海水养殖的主要贝类。笔者曾在广西钦州海水养殖场从事大蚝养殖多年,研究与总结有＂近海养蚝技术＂＂单杆蚝钳＂＂茅尾海白肉蚝采苗技术研究＂和＂茅尾海蚝苗市场占有率下滑的原因与对策＂,并在《广西水产科技》发表。现根据这四项技术的要点,推出新的养蚝模式。
