近几年以来,人们的生活水平在不断提升,汽车逐渐成为人们日常生活中的主要交通工具,而且在许多高层居民小区中分别建设了地下车库,这些地下车库从一定程度上解决了汽车的停放紧张问题,而且能够扩大地下土地资源的利用率。但是地下车库一般属于半封闭性或全封闭性,其占地面积比较广,地下车库的消防安全比较困难,当火灾事故发生之后,地下车库人员疏散起来非常困难,所以必须综合考虑地下车库的通风和防排烟系统设计,根据消防安全规范来实施消防通风设计。本文对地下车库通风与防排烟设计等问题进行了深入研究。
