卫生管理干部的培养越来越受到国家的重视。近年来,不少医学院校以及卫生干部学院相继开办了卫生管理专修科,在校学生数逐年增加。为了客观地了解这些学员的思想素质、知觉动机、对卫生管理工作的态度等,使教学更具有针对性,从而提高教学质量,促使这个新兴专业走向成熟,同时为了对学员们毕业后的考察和使用提供一些参考,我们对四川省在校卫生管理干部专修科学员进行了有关心理方面的调查。结果如
