高职院校素质教育的重要性日益凸显,开设以形体舞蹈为主的课程成为各大院系提高学生素质的主要渠道。本文深入了解了形体舞蹈课程的教学内容,通过基本姿态、礼仪姿态、舞蹈训练来完成对学生内在美和外在美的培养。高职形体舞蹈课教学方法的实践至关重要,在使用传统教学方法的基础上进行多媒体教学、课外指导、学生实践教学等模式,不断提高形体舞蹈教学的效果。
The importance of quality education in higher vocational colleges has become increasingly prominent. Offering classes based on physical dance has become the major channel for various faculties to improve the quality of students. This article gives an in-depth understanding of the teaching content of the physical dance course, and completes the cultivation of the inner beauty and the outer beauty of the students through the basic attitude, ritual attitude and dance training. The practice of physical dance teaching method in higher vocational schools is very important. Based on the traditional teaching methods, multimedia teaching, extra-curricular guidance and students’ practice teaching are continuously improved to improve the effect of physical dance teaching.
