目的:研究外燥对昆明种小鼠(KM)和BABL/C小鼠(BABL/c)血液流变学的影响。方法:KM和BABL/c各80只(SPF)随机各分为常温常湿组、常温燥组、温燥组、凉燥组,每组各20只。小鼠按文献造模后第6、第12天检测气道病理、气道液黏多糖、全血黏度(WBVI)与红细胞聚集指数(EAI)。结果:与两种品系小鼠常温常湿组比较,温燥组、凉燥组气管纤毛缺损与腺体化生,温燥组、凉燥组第6~12天RM减少;常温燥组与温燥组第6-12天WBVI与EAI增高且以第12天为重(P<0.01),凉燥组WBVI变化不明显但EAI下降。结论:温燥伤肺、耗津与肺津输布失司,燥伤肺气致“中焦受气取汁”受损而生血不足,血不行气则两个品系小鼠红细胞聚集性与血液黏度增高,以至诱发血瘀诸证,故可筛选血液流变学检测作为温燥伤肺、耗津病机的特异性指标之一,并为“津血同源”经典理论和益于制备外燥小鼠动物模型提供实验证据。
Objective: To investigate the effects of external dryness on the hemorheology of Kunming mice (KM) and BABL / C mice (BABL / c). Conclusion: The results showed that the two groups of mice with warm dryness and lung injury, consumption of labor and pulmonary delivery and loss of the Secretary, dry lung injury caused by “gas in the coke gas” is impaired and lack of blood, the blood of two strains of mice erythrocyte aggregation and Blood viscosity increased, and even induced blood stasis syndromes, so hemorrhagic disease screening test can be selected as a specific indicator of temperature and lung injury, consumption of the pathogenesis of “and blood” homologous "classic theory and benefits In the preparation of external mouse model mice to provide experimental evidence.
