[目的]应用常规模拟机测量和离线修正体部肿瘤患者的首次摆位误差。[方法]应用瓦里安模拟治疗机对138例体部肿瘤患者在治疗前拍摄正侧位影像,通过与治疗计划的DRR图像匹配,测出体部肿瘤患者首次的摆位误差并进行修正。[结果]138例患者首次摆位有81次误差大于3mm,需要移动治疗床调整。胸、腹部肿瘤校正比例分别为45/71和36/67。胸部肿瘤摆位误差X轴(-0.09±2.98)mm、Y轴(-0.38±4.63)mm、Z轴(0.95±3.97)mm,腹部肿瘤摆位误差X轴(0.40±1.90)mm、Y轴(-0.70±3.20)mm、Z轴(-0.80±2.20)mm。校正后摆位误差缩小。各方向误差值中,Y轴误差值最大。[结论]利用常规模拟机测量并修正首次摆位误差是一种简便有效的验证方法。
[Objective] The aim of this study was to measure and off-line the errors of initial setting of body tumor patient by conventional simulator. [Methods] Varian simulator was used to treat 138 patients with solid tumors before operation. The images were matched with the DRR images of the treatment plan to measure and correct the errors for the first time. [Result] The error of 81 errors was more than 3mm for the first time in 138 patients, which needed to be adjusted by moving the therapeutic bed. Thoracic and abdominal tumor correction ratio was 45/71 and 36/67 respectively. X-axis (-0.09 ± 2.98) mm, Y-axis (0.95 ± 3.97) mm, Z-axis (0.95 ± 3.97) mm, (-0.70 ± 3.20) mm, Z axis (-0.80 ± 2.20) mm. After setting the error reduced. Among the error values in each direction, the Y-axis error value is the largest. [Conclusion] It is a simple and effective verification method to measure and correct the first setup error by the conventional simulator.
