为了探索地胆草组织培养的方法,试验以无菌的地胆草腋芽茎段为外植体,研究6-BA和NAA不同激素水平配比对地胆草芽的诱导和继代增殖的影响。结果表明,适宜于地胆草芽诱导分化的培养基配方为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0 mg/L,繁殖系数为2.6倍,适宜于地胆草芽继代增值的培养基配方为MS+6-BA 0 mg/L,繁殖系数为2.3倍。
In order to explore the method of tissue culture of Dioscorea, we studied the effects of different hormone levels of 6-BA and NAA on the induction and subculture of Geranium chinense in vitro . The results showed that the optimum culture medium for the differentiation of gallbladder buds was MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg / L + NAA 0 mg / L, and the multiplication coefficient was 2.6 times, which was suitable for medium added value of gallbladder The formula was MS + 6-BA 0 mg / L with a multiplication factor of 2.3 times.
