测定收缩时间间期(STI)在临床上及生理学中的价值已被大量文献所证实。应用最多的测定STI 方法是同步记录颈动脉搏动图(CAR、CPT)、心音图(PCG)及心电图(ECG)(以下简称CAR 法或CPT 法),此法可靠,灵敏度高,且易重复测定。我们根据电阻抗血流图的原理,曾试用小电极提取左心室在心动周期中阻抗变化的信息,获得一组稳定的阻抗微分波形,称为左心室阻抗微分图(LVlG)。经与心电机械图的对比研究,证明了此法可用于测定左心室舒张时间间期(DTI)。本文探讨用LVIG 测定STI 的价值与可靠性,认为LVIG 与ECG、PCG 同步记录(以下简称LVIG 法),既可用于测定DTI,也可测定STI,它是分析心动周期时相的一种较好方法。
Determination of the systolic time interval (STI) in the clinical and physiological value has been confirmed by a large number of literatures. The most widely used STI method is the simultaneous recording of carotid pulsatility graph (CAR, CPT), phonocardiogram (PCG) and electrocardiogram (ECG) (hereinafter referred to as CAR method or CPT method). This method is reliable, sensitive and easy to measure repeatedly . According to the principle of electrical impedance blood flow graph, small electrode was used to extract information of impedance change of left ventricle in cardiac cycle, and a stable impedance differential waveform was obtained, called left ventricular impedance differential graph (LVlG). The comparison with electrocardiogram shows that this method can be used to determine the left ventricular diastolic time (DTI). This article discusses the value and reliability of LVIG in the determination of STI, that LVIG and ECG, PCG simultaneous recording (hereinafter referred to as LVIG method), both for the determination of DTI can also be measured STI, it is a better analysis of cardiac phase method.
