1987年10月20日,四川省劳动保护科学技术学会和四川建材学院,协助凉山州林业管理局排除了因塌方而被乱石埋于2.5m深处路基上的雷管库的险情。一、基本情况凉山州林业管理局工程五处在洪雅林场修筑炳灵至长河坝的林区公路时,于离炳灵10.75km处设一临时雷管库。该处路基外侧为20m宽的河沟,内侧为石灰岩陡壁,雷管库靠岩壁设置,上部岩石突出,见图1。库房由φ12～16cm的杂木搭成,长4m,宽2.5m。房顶架数根φ8～12cm的圆木,盖上
