乡镇直属事业单位直接服务于农业、农村和农民,它们职责的履行情况,关系到农业发展、农村建设、农民增收等重要方面。因此,深入了解乡镇直属事业单位的履职状况,研究加强对乡镇直属事业单位的监督管理,是当前和今后一个时期事业单位监督管理机构的一项重要任务。因此,我们组织力量对乡镇直属事业单位的履职状况进行了调查。调查采取广泛选点、深入基层,采访领导、面见群众,开会座谈、个别了解的方式进行。历时两周时间,共调查了4个县,8个乡镇。
The institutions directly under the township and town directly serve agriculture, rural areas and peasants. The fulfillment of their duties is related to such important aspects as agricultural development, rural construction and farmer’s income increase. Therefore, it is an important task for us to have a thorough understanding of the performance status of institutions directly under the township and to study how to strengthen the supervision and management of the institutions directly under the township. It is an important task for the institution under the supervision of the institutions in the current and future periods. Therefore, we organize forces to investigate the performance status of township and town-affiliated institutions. The survey took a wide range of election points, went deep into the grassroots level, interviewed leaders, met with the masses, held seminars and discussions, and conducted individual understandings. During two weeks, a total of 4 counties and 8 townships were investigated.
