甲状旁腺功能减退(HypoPT)是甲状腺术后最常见的并发症之一.目前临床仍主要依靠钙剂和维生素D对症治疗,但存在很多问题.甲状旁腺激素(PTH)替代治疗作为一种新型的治疗方法逐渐被关注,且经过多年来的不断探索取得了较快发展.笔者从PTH替代治疗的药物、给药方式及对机体的影响等方面介绍其研究进展.
