研究了在Ni-W-B合金镀液中加入ZrO2纳米微粉的电沉积工艺条件与Ni-W-B+ZrO2非晶态复合镀层的成分、结构、断面形貌等的关系。结果表明,加入ZrO2纳米微粉,提高了镀层耐蚀性和抗高温氧化性,还改善了镀层的耐磨性能。
The relationship between the electrodeposition conditions and the composition, structure and cross-section morphology of Ni-W-B + ZrO2 amorphous composite coating was studied in Ni-W-B alloy bath. The results show that the addition of ZrO2 nano-micron powder improves the corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating and also improves the wear resistance of the coating.
