随着世界经济一体化和区域集团化的不断加深,各国之间的经济联系和贸易交往也日益增加。传统的贸易保护主义不能适应新时代的要求。需要一种更隐蔽,更高级的形式来代替,绿色壁垒就产生了。本文在分析绿色壁垒的含义、表现的基础上,结合我国出口贸易的现状和绿色壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响,揭示了绿色壁垒的贸易保护主义实质。
With the deepening of world economic integration and regional groupings, the economic ties and trade exchanges among various countries are also on the increase. Traditional trade protectionism can not meet the requirements of the new era. The need for a more covert, more advanced form to replace, green barriers have arisen. Based on the analysis of the meaning and performance of the Green Barrier, combined with the current situation of China’s export trade and the impact of the Green Barrier on China’s export trade, this article reveals the essence of the trade protectionism of Green Barrier.
