目的为了解宁波市江东区民营医疗机构消毒效果,规范医疗机构消毒工作,预防和减少医院内感染的发生和流行。方法对室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手表面、使用中消毒液、压力蒸汽灭菌器以及紫外线灯进行抽样监测。结果物体表面、医护人员手、空气、使用中消毒液、压力蒸汽灭菌、紫外线灯合格率分别为95.5%、80.6%、82.0%、96.0%、87.2%和79.4%。结论辖区民营医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,但仍存在薄弱环节,需要进一步改善和提高。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of private medical institutions in Jiangdong District of Ningbo City and to standardize the disinfection of medical institutions so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence and prevalence of nosocomial infections. Methods The indoor air, the surface of the object, the surface of the medical staff, the disinfectant in use, the pressure steam sterilizer and the UV lamp were sampled and monitored. Results The pass rate of the surface of the object, the hand of the medical staff, the air, the disinfectant in use, the pressure steam sterilization and the UV lamp were 95.5%, 80.6%, 82.0%, 96.0%, 87.2% and 79.4% respectively. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in private medical institutions in the area is generally good, but there are still some weak links that need to be further improved and improved.
