目的了解十堰市城区居民伤害死亡水平及伤害死因的分布,为有针对性地开展伤害预防、干预提供科学依据。方法利用2007—2009年十堰市城区疾病监测点死因监测系统数据和公安、民政部门提供的人口资料,根据疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类ICD-10编码手册进行根本死因分类,对十堰市城区居民伤害死亡进行分析。结果 2007—2009年十堰市城区居民因伤害死亡680人,占死亡总数的11.87%,居全死因第三位,年平均死亡率为59.91/10万;其中男性伤害死亡462人,年平均死亡率为77.77/10万;女性死亡218人,年平均死亡率为40.30/10万,男性死亡率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。前10位伤害死亡原因分别是机动车以外的运输事故、意外跌落、机动车辆交通事故、自杀、其他意外事故和有害效应、意外中毒、淹死、意外的机械性窒息、被杀、触电。伤害的减寿年数为16189人·年,减寿率为14.26‰。结论伤害是危害该市居民的重要死亡原因,在全死因减寿顺位中居第一位,应有针对性地开展伤害预防、干预工作。
Objective To understand the distribution of injury and death and the cause of death among residents in urban areas of Shiyan City and provide a scientific basis for the targeted prevention and intervention of injuries. Methods According to the data of the cause of death surveillance system in urban areas of Shiyan City from 2007 to 2009 and the demographic data provided by the public security and civil affairs departments and according to the ICD-10 coding manual of diseases and related health problems, Residents were killed for analysis. Results From 2007 to 2009, residents in urban area of Shiyan City killed 680 people, accounting for 11.87% of the total number of deaths, ranking the third among all causes of death. The annual average death rate was 59.91 / 100,000; 462 were male injuries, the average annual death rate 77.77 / 100 000; the number of female deaths was 218, the annual average death rate was 40.30 / 100 000, the male mortality rate was higher than that of the female, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The top 10 causes of injuries were transport accidents outside motor vehicles, accidental falls, motor vehicle accidents, suicides, other accidents and harmful effects, accidental poisoning, drowsiness, accidental mechanical asphyxia, killing and electric shock. The number of longevity lost was 16,189 person-years, and the rate of longevity was 14.26 ‰. Conclusion Injury is the main cause of death for the residents of the city. It ranks the first among the causes of life-saving decline of all causes of death. Injury prevention and intervention should be carried out in a targeted manner.
